Window Display Competition
Each year the Camden Show Society invites all local shopkeepers within the Camden and Narellan areas to decorate their shop windows to mark the start of Camden Show Week. (This year the week beginning, Monday 16th March, 2010.)
This event, originally started by Mr Charles Inglis, has grown over the years, and is now a very popular part of the show tradition. Each year the main street of Camden and the shops of Narellan announce to the community the beginning of Camden Show Week.
Many visitors to the district and the local community enjoy a walk through the streets and town centre looking at the displays.
Local shops and businesses are asked to take part and decorate their shop windows to help promote the show, and to show their community spirit.
